Right design and right selection of packaging material would take care of heavy weight, stack ability, loading and unloading of parts safely. Packaging of Engine, transmission, Heavy axle, vehicle body, Heavy castings comes under Heavy duty packaging.
AAA packaging or AAA board is a technology based engineered material for heavy duty packaging. It is a heavy duty 7 layered corrugated board with AAA flute construction. The AAA flute combination helps us to make such strong boxes made of paper which can hold tones of weight. It is versatile, economic, light-in weight yet robust and reliable corrugation product. With high strength to weight ratio, AAA board is very light in weight compared to its size. Hence, AAA board is preferred for transportation/shipping goods for significant distances. Low weight helps in lowering down the transportation cost. Typical AAA board is made from virgin/recycled material. Typical Board Specification: a) Thickness: 15mm b) GSM: 2000+ c) Bursting strength: 32kg/sqcm d) ECT: 21kn/m e) Moisture: 7-10%. These boards can take load of 2 Ton static load and approx. 1.3 Ton dynamic. AAA packaging is the best replacement of wooden packaging.

Export packaging solution refers to ensuring your product arrives safe and secure at its final destination. Export packaging strengthen and withstand the conditions of maritime transport, while also capably handling even more severe stresses. Such stresses not only occur during maritime transport but also during multiple cargo handling due to impact, pushing and overturning. Sometimes to meet timelines, part shortages and shelf life of certain parts, there are different sets of packaging requirements for air cargo logistics which companies use.
“ESP” pallet, (Econovus Sustainable Paper Pallet) is the best replacement for wooden pallets. ESP is now a trademark and a brand from the house of Econovus. ESP pallets are made, designed and customized as per the technical requirement. These are made from high technology paper corrugated board wherein weight is 40% less than wooden pallet. ESP pallet is best suitable for Export, especially air freight because of its much lesser weight. Thus, enabling for a huge freight cost savings. Further, cost of ESP paper pallet is 30% lesser than wooden pallet and is also a much eco-friendlier option as it does not end up in a pile of wooden waste full of galvanized nails.
Yes, ESP Pallets are 100% water proof. Specialized waterproofing treatment procedure is followed by Econovus to make ESP pallets 100% water proof.
Paper Pallet is exempted from ISPM15 and no fumigation is required. This is acceptable across the globe.
Pallet less packaging or Box is the unique solution to completely eliminate the use of pallets. The corrugated cylinders/blocks are fixed to the box using glue. The block numbers and layout are custom designed to take care of all the strength requirements of the supply chain be it air or sea. Pallet-less packaging aims to eliminate transport of pallets by using the goods themselves as the loading platforms.

Carbon Neutral is a term used to describe the state of a plant, where the carbon emissions caused by them have been balanced out by funding an equivalent amount of carbon savings elsewhere in the world. Assessment of LCA – Life cycle assessment and having sustainability vision and further robust plan for the carbon reduction would be a key for achieving carbon neutral plant status. Packaging also plays an important role in the reduction of carbon footprint by eliminating all the wooden packaging with eco-friendly materials.
ISPM 15 is an International Phytosanitary Measure developed by the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) that directly addresses the need to treat wood materials of a thickness greater than 6mm, used to ship products between countries. Its main purpose is to prevent the international transport and spread of disease and insects that could negatively affect plants or ecosystems. ISPM 15 affects all wood packaging material (pallets, crates, dunnage, etc.) requiring that they be debarked and then heat treated or fumigated with methyl bromide and stamped or branded, with a mark of compliance. This mark of compliance is colloquially known as the “wheat stamp”. Products exempt from the ISPM 15 are made from an alternative material, like paper, plastic or wood panel products (i.e.OSB, hardboard, and plywood)

This refers to traceability from the origin of raw material to all the processes till the end use of the product and ensure environmental and social responsibility.
